Villa Auer built 1930, one of the most famous examples of modern-era villa built by the arhitetekt Bela Auer (graduated in Vienna; formed under the influence of ideas of Adolf Loos and represented a modern architectural principles). House is one of the early examples of the use of reinforced concrete. Instead of bearing interior walls construction carries steel pole in the middle, connected to the load-bearing exterior walls. Installations were carried out across the gap, and can easily lead to the desired location. From the beginning, the day it was built had a central heating. One of the first house with a flat roof. Villa spreads over 400 m2, while the garden area is 300 m2. Villa Auer is surrounded by greenery, in an exclusive, quiet location , 5 minutes walk to city centar and 1 minute walk to British square. It consists of two separate, apportioned parts: four-room apartment measuring 110 m2 and six-room apartment of 260 m², which can be used as a single unit. The house comes to furnishings, discreet and external views of the protected garden. Ideal location. Very flexible for adaptation.
