A unique apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Meštrović Pavilion (Đamija), which was thoroughly renovated in 2017 when all installations were changed and a new concrete slab was made. It is located in an exceptionally neat building with a new elevator installed, and the renovation of the facade is also being discussed. After the earthquake, the building received a green label.This apartment definitely offers a slightly different and experimental perspective on architectural design and is very originally adapted and often deviates from standard or expected norms in thoughtful details.
